Support levels
- 1st level: We will respond to your call or support ticket and try to solve the issue in our initial response. If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 minutes from our initial response, it will be escalated to 2nd level.
- 2nd level:The support call or ticket is escalated internally for a more detailed investigation to determine the solution. The issue is escalated within the Aderium Solutions senior staff
- 3rd level: The issue requires specialized knowledge and Aderium Solutions will act as liaison between the customer, the product vendor or open source community to communicate the required detailed technology details to address the support ticket (eg. Apple, Zimbra, PFSense, Parallels).
